Consent to Provide Personal Information to Third Parties

In accordance with Articles 17 and 22 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, Questour intends to provide participants’ personal information to a third party (such as the event organizer or hosting institution) as described below.
Your consent is requested for this purpose.

1. Recipient of Personal Information

The organizing institution or company of the relevant event or game.

2. Purpose of Providing Personal Information

• Operation and verification of event participation

• Delivery of prizes or issuance of participation certificates

• Statistical analysis, satisfaction surveys, and post-event management

3. Items of Personal Information to Be Provided

• Name, mobile phone number, email address, and date of birth (if required)

• Questour participation records (e.g., mission results, stamp completion status, etc.)

• Responses provided in surveys conducted as part of the event

4. Retention and Use Period

The provided personal information will be retained for up to two (2) years after the event ends, and will then be destroyed without delay.
(However, if retention is required by applicable law, the information will be retained for the legally prescribed period.)

5. Right to Refuse Consent and Possible Disadvantages

You have the right to refuse to consent to the provision of your personal information to third parties.
However, refusal to consent may result in limitations on your participation in the event or ineligibility for prize delivery.
